Barefoot Gypsies LLC Coffee & Gift Shop
Terri Rickert Countney is the owner and head barista of Barefoot Gypsies Coffee and Gift shop. Previously, she worked as a medical assistant for ThedaCare. Terri opened her shop in June of 2017. The gift shop consists of items handmade by talented local artisans. Terri and her husband, Jeff, have three adult children and two grandchildren. Terri and Jeff live on a small farm and are active in their neighborhood co-op – sharing resources, produce, and sustainability practices. Terri is humbled and excited to be a Shall we Dance community dancer and to help raise funds for a worthy cause. Being a sexual assault survivor, her hope is that people of all ages are knowledgeable about what mutual respect is in all aspects of a relationship; that sexual assault and sexual harassment never be tolerated and, for those who have been harmed, that they feel the support of the community to speak up, to be heard, experience justice and receive services to heal.
