Immanuel Lutheran Church and School
Melody Graf is employed at Immanuel Lutheran Church & School, Greenville, as their office manager. Her primary focus is administrative assistance to four pastors, a worship coordinator, and over 2,400 congregational members.
She is married to Stu Graf, her better half of 17 years, and has a stepson, Jake. She’s also a “momma” to two precious fur babies: Zeke (a devoted 14-year-old black lab) and Couga (a sassy, yet loving, kitty cat). Her passions are her Lord, family, friends, healthy living, and shopping.
Melody is dedicating her Viennese Waltz to her mom, Joyce Tesch, who taught her the joy of dance at a very young age.
Melody is honored to be part of the cast for Shall We Dance in order to bring awareness and funds to the Sexual Assault Crisis Center. She is grateful for everyone who supported this event both financially and prayerfully.
Nicholas Plante, Fred Astaire Dance Studios
Nicholas and his wife, Melinda, are the proud owners of the Fred Astaire Dance Studios of Appleton. Nicholas has been in the ballroom dance industry since 1997. He and Melinda competed in the American Smooth, American Rhythm and the Open Cabaret Divisions until Nicholas retired from professional dancing in 2006. Besides running studios, Nicholas has spent his time producing ballroom dance shows and competitions across the country. He is currently the National Show Producer for Fred Astaire Dance Studios, and his production company currently presents the most prestigious competition in the nation…The United States Dancesport Championships, held in Orlando, Florida. Both Nicholas and Melinda are grateful to be a part of Shall We Dance. Dancing has given them so much; they are eager to let their dancing help to give something back. They would like to extend their overwhelming respect and support to all of the amateur dancers participating in this year’s event. Without you, there would be no show. You are truly the stars of this event!
