Performa, Inc.

Michael is an architect at Performa, Inc. – an architecture and engineering firm based in De Pere. As a Fox Valley native, his mission is to contribute to the community and its culture with thoughtful design, most recently seen through his work on the Community First Champion Center in Grand Chute. Michael enjoys volunteering as a leader at the Boys’ and Girls’ Brigade’s Leadership Training Conference. In the summer, he is an avid golfer and in the winter, he enjoys building things in his growing woodshop. Michael and his wife Allie have always called the Fox Valley home and are excited to be growing their family here when they welcome their first child, a daughter, due in August. He is thrilled for the opportunity to shine a light on the wonderful work that the Sexual Assault Crisis Center does every day to ensure our community is a safe place for everyone.

Courtney Dudsak, Valley Social

Courtney Dudsak began her ballroom career in 2010 at a franchised studio in Madison. After dancing ballet since she was 3, ballroom was a natural progression for her. Courtney began teaching at Valley Social Dance Studio in 2013 after graduating from Valley Social Ballroom Dance Teacher’s College. She was hired at Valley Social for her talent, intelligence, and great attitude. Courtney successfully combines passion and patience to sculpt her students’ into dancers. When she’s not burning up the dance floor, Courtney is studying to become a dental hygienist. She is excited to, once again, join the Shall We Dance team, and is grateful for the opportunity to give back to the
community.
