Renewal by Andersen

Casey Gottlieb, Chief Operating Officer of Renewal by Andersen, has worked for the business for 8+ years, specializing in developing impactful leaders and creating a positive culture. He encourages a “Do Well, Do Good” mindset – encouraging the RBA team to find creative ways to give back to the communities they live & work in. RBA hosts an annual event called “Windows for a Cause,” where old replacement windows are painted by local artists & then auctioned to raise money for a deserving member of the community. RBA also encourages a monthly effort to engage & give back – with food and toy drives, volunteering, and other charitable events. Casey can also be found performing Fire, Flow & Circus acts at local events like “Bazaar After Dark” throughout the Fox Cities & “Light Up Night” in Appleton. He is extremely excited and grateful for the opportunity to engage with community members, hoping to raise as much awareness & funding as he possibly can for the Sexual Assault Crisis Center!

Pamela Cribbs, Boogie Ballroom

Zeke and his wife, Pamela, are the owners of Boogie Ballroom. Zeke was first exposed to dancing through an African Dance class at UW-Madison. Zeke regularly competed as a member of the National Dance Council of America with Pamela, as well as with his students. Pamela attended UW-Madison graduating with a degree in kinesiology. She was introduced to the world of ballroom dancing through her husband, Zeke, and it changed her life. She and Zeke competed nationally as rhythm dancers.

Shall We Dance has been a big part of their lives since they’ve lived in the Fox Valley. The Center holds a critical role in our community and is a great way to raise awareness for this important cause. Zeke and Pamela feel honored to participate in this truly incredible event and look forward to being a part of it for years to come!
